Built to make email-platform costs easier to defend.
EmailCostEngine is an independent web product that converts provider pricing rules, send limits, growth assumptions and feature evidence into clearer purchasing and migration decisions.
Why EmailCostEngine exists
Email software pricing becomes difficult to compare as subscriber tiers, send allowances, annual billing, daily caps, add-ons and feature restrictions interact. A headline starting price rarely answers what a real workload will cost.
What the product does
The current-cost calculator checks a workload against captured pricing rules. The growth simulator projects when a plan may leave verified coverage. The migration engine adds plan-level feature requirements and switching cost before identifying a verified saving candidate.
What “independent” means here
EmailCostEngine is not presented as being owned, operated or endorsed by Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo, GetResponse, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, or any other provider shown on the site. Provider names are used to identify the products being compared.
How the site may earn money
EmailCostEngine may later use clearly disclosed affiliate links or advertising. The ranking and decision engines are designed so affiliate commission is not an input to cost ranking, feature compatibility, savings or break-even calculations.
Who the site is for
The product is intended for people evaluating email-marketing software for a business, creator operation, ecommerce store, publication or other legitimate sending use case. It is not a substitute for a provider quote or contract.
