Corrections are treated as data-quality work, not as a debate about which provider should rank first.
How to report an issue
Use the contact form and choose “Pricing / data correction.” Include the provider, plan, affected page, source URL and what you believe changed.
How reports are evaluated
We compare the report with current provider-owned evidence where available. A provider statement that conflicts with a third-party summary receives priority unless there is a clear reason not to rely on it.
How corrections are made
Where possible, the underlying pricing rule, plan feature or source record is corrected first. This is preferable to manually changing only one public page because the same data can power multiple tools.
Uncertain cases
If evidence is ambiguous, EmailCostEngine may downgrade a claim to dynamic, incomplete or unverified rather than choose an unsupported number.
Commercial requests
A provider or affiliate partner cannot purchase a favorable correction or ranking. Commercial inquiries and editorial/data corrections are treated separately.
